Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, problem solving skills, and data entry skills. Must be able to work well with others. As Software License Support, you will be responsible for efficiency and accuracy in distributing software licenses and manually activating/deactivating of licenses.

• Process and distribute orders that contain DW licenses.
• Process manual license activation for DW software.
• Process deactivation of licenses for DW software.
• Assist Inside Sales Manager with various clerical duties.

Competencies and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-year related data entry experience.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload.
• Must be highly detail, process, and quality oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based Competencies and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-year related data entry experience.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with 99% accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management with the ability to independently manage and prioritize workload.
• Must be highly detail, process, and quality oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based applications and data programs.
• Must be able to keep calm and perform in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
